Grainless Crackers

  • 3 c. almond flour
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sesame seeds
  • 2 eggs, whisked until frothy
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil (melted)


  1. Stir together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Separate dough into two halves.
  3. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  4. Place half of the dough on each baking sheet.
  5. With another layer of parchment paper over the top of the dough, roll out the dough until it is about 1/8 inch think and covers the whole baking sheet.
  6. Repeat with the other half of the dough.
  7. Remove the top layer of paper and cut dough into 2 inch squares.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees, for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
