She “only” lost a little over 1 pound per week…

Over 40 pounds of fat melted off and counting.

Here’s the thing. She “only” lost a little over 1 pound per week. But 9 months goes by really fast and before you know it your body looks and feels amazing.

Slow and steady weight loss results and long term sustainable weightloss. It is the best way!


I always used to see phrases like “more than just a gym” and “life changing” and I thought they were lame cliches that folks threw around that didn’t mean much of anything.

Eupraxia showed me what they mean.
Before signing up, I had tried most of the stuff out there-shakes, DVD programs, even those scary diet pills (yikes). Inevitably, I cheated or lost interest and quit.
Now, going to class to workout is the best part of my day! Not only did I lose weight and learn what it means to truly be healthy (both great things), but my entire mindset has changed. I find myself thinking in terms of “I can do that, too” or “I can’t do that YET”. I set goals and achieve them, I think about food as a fuel for what I want to do (another phrase I always thought was a cliche), and I do all of that because of the incredible trainers and resources at Eupraxia.
Hands down, having the trainers is why i was able to be successful. Feedback, encouragement, and tough love! I tell everyone to try this gym-they won’t regret it!
