One year, 66 pounds and 18 inches off my waist later…

Looking back upon my first year with Eupraxia, one memory in particular comes to mind. Running, jumping and sliding in the park with my 4 year old grandson. The freedom of being able to follow him and play seeing the joy in his eyes as his “Gammy” copies his every move!! Then I flash back to the moment I decided to join Eupraxia. I woke up sick, tired and bloated. I didn’t want to feel that way anymore or ever again. I couldn’t sleep, had constant heartburn, even with medication, and uncontrolled asthma. One year, 66 pounds and 18 inches off my waist later, I no longer require medication to sleep or for my heartburn, my asthma is practically non existent and I feel amazing!!

Steve’s lectures include a segment about finding a purpose, a reason to improve and focusing on it. If I could say one thing to a person just starting out, be patient, keep your eye on your purpose and fulfill it! You are the best project you will ever work on!! The trainers at Eupraxia are so knowledgeable!! Use them, listen to them and you will find the results you are looking for! Change will come slow at first perhaps, but then like a stroll (or run) in the park, it will get easier!!

What keeps you motivated? What keeps me motivated is how healthy and strong I feel. I can do things now I couldn’t before or was afraid to do. Like hiking and kayaking. I feel like now I have direction for a healthy Long life.

Do you ever have periods where your motivation is low and miss a few workouts? I have had days where I have low motivation and have missed a workout or two but at the next class I feel great and wonder why I would not go. That keeps me coming back.

Did you take any Adcovare, Plexus, Isagenix or any other multi-level marketing products? No

What supplements if any do you take? I do take fish oil, vitamin D, a probiotic and Coffee Enrich.

What’s a typical workout schedule in a week for you? I exercise at Eupraxia 5 days a week walk at night and do fun outdoor activities on weekend. Biking, hiking volleyball….

Can you describe what you eat on a typical day? -Breakfast 2 eggs with asparagus and an apple. -Snack almonds or carrots -Lunch spinach salad with egg or chicken -Supper usually chicken or steak with broccoli or sweet potato -And lots of water daily…

Any advice for people looking to improve their health? My advice to others would be dig deep and really get down to why you want to be healthy, use that motivation and find ways to remind yourself daily of why you started and where you want to go..

What is favorite healthy meal? My favorite healthy meal is eggs with asparagus

What is your favorite cheat food? My favorite cheat is organic dark chocolate covered almonds!
