LaurenHey friends! My name is Lauren Hull and I am a student at UW-La Crosse studying Exercise and Sport Science and Spanish. Fitness has and will always be a part of me and it’s one of my biggest passions in life. I was fortunate enough to grow up in a household that valued health and physical activity and I was hooked at an early age. When I was younger I played soccer for 15 years and when that phase of my life came to an end, I was always finding new ways to keep myself moving. Through years of experimenting with different forms of exercise I now know that I love lifting, yoga, and good ol’ interval training. I think we can all agree that there are few things better than the feeling you get after breaking a good sweat from pushing your body and uncovering all that it is capable of. With the right mind set and determination, we can do anything!

Along with years of experience in strength training, I also hold certifications in Tabata and Group Cycling and have been leading group fitness classes since I was 19. I love watching people grow in their fitness journey, and the fact that I get to play some role in that is really special.

When I’m not training or grinding out school work, you can catch me hanging out with my awesome fiends, listening to fitness podcasts, cooking (and eating) some healthy food, and celebrating little joys in life. I think that making connections with different people through exercise and healthy living is awesome and I hope to continue doing it for the rest of my life.

Remember: fuel your body right, move often, and keep your goals in sight.
