sebHow’s it hanging! My name is Sebastian, and I am currently a student at UW Lacrosse where I am studying Exercise and Sports Science. Since I can remember I’ve been into being active and pushing myself both mentally and physically through exercise. I love chasing after my limits and am always looking for a new challenge! I truly love helping you all reach your personal goals, whatever they may be.

My whole life I have been around fitness. Growing up my father owned an athletic club where I spent all of my time. I learned about various lifting styles and fitness approaches from the numerous trainers and staff that worked there. I also picked up playing tennis. As a youngster I was fortunate enough to travel the country and play tennis. I got to work with some of the best trainers, players, and coaches and was able to learn a ton from them! As I got older I decided I wanted to focus on school but didn’t want to give up my passion for learning about fitness and the importance of it in daily life, and that brought me here! I now get to study everything I love and get to apply it to folks like you!

I am a big advocate of coming in, kicking some butt, and leaving it all out there. I am also a huge fan of motivational quotes, so I will leave you with one of my favorites. “Pain may last a minute, an hour, or even a week. But eventually it will subside and something better will take its place.”
